Strengthening both the philanthropy ecosystem and local institutions presents opportunities for self-dependence and socio-economic development for communities. This entails championing collaborative philanthropy practices and looking into new ways of growing community philanthropy to accelerate local resource mobilization.
In partnership with Kenya Community Development Foundation (KCDF), EAPN will be hosting Kenya National Philanthropy Forum which will look into Resource Mobilization Trends, Tools, Frameworks,Platforms, Strategies, and Approaches.
The forum will also provide an opportunity for participants to discuss emergent issues facing the philanthropy sector.
